Embedding Diagrams with Gliffy
With Gliffy, you can embed a live version of your diagram in Confluence, Jira, Trello, Slack, and many other options. Whenever you make an update to your diagram, that link will automatically update, too. Time = saved.

How to Embed a Diagram from Gliffy for Confluence Server
- While viewing a page in Confluence, hover over the diagram and click the </> embed button.
A set of icons appear in the upper left corner of the diagram. If the embed button is not there, you administer may have disabled this feature.
- Select the application you’re going to use.
Embed a diagram in Jira, Trello, Slack, or other popular tools. You can use the custom option to share in an application not listed.
- Copy and paste the unique code generated at the bottom of the window.
Once you have selected the application, a unique link to your diagram is created. Click the copy button (or use your shortcut of choice).
- Paste to embed a live version of your diagram.
This embedded diagram or link will always show the published version of your diagram.
Remove Links
To deactivate these links to your diagram, follow the steps above and then select Deactivate All Embed Links.
